Inauguration Day

What a wonderful day!  I am uplifted and have such high hopes.  I believe each of us, our country, and our world, now have a true opportunity for a better and safer future.  May we take President Obama's lead and reflect courage, strength, calm and compassion to all.  In the words of Harvey Milk, "You have to give them Hope."   

A New Year

It is staying lighter out later and I love It!  I have been in computer 'blue screen' hell the last couple of weeks, but everything is back up and running now and I am so grateful to have full access again.

I'm not sure why, but I am thrilled that we are in a new year. Dad made it thru the holidays which is amazing, so every extra day that he is with us is quite something.

AND I have a renewed creative spirit which is making me kinda giddy.
